Project Manager Digitalization
32-40 hours per week, based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands or in Tbilisi, Georgia.

Triple Jump is an independent, responsible investment manager focused on impact investing in emerging markets. We are headquartered in Amsterdam, the Netherlands with regional offices in Georgia, Peru, Mexico, Thailand and Kenya. Our investment portfolio spans more than 60 countries. Triple Jump targets financial sector development and invests in institutions that service the bottom of the pyramid. Triple Jump offers professional fund management services to investors, ranging from asset selection, to portfolio management to fund administration. Thanks to mandates from multiple investors Triple Jump can provide services to financial intermediaries in all stages of their development. Triple Jump investees include financial institutions (ranging from NGOs receiving their first funding, all the way to regulated banks) and investment funds, in developing countries.

Job Description

Due to growth and diversification Triple Jump expects to have multiple projects in the coming years. For this, we are looking for an experienced change professional that can support Triple Jump on our journey of digital transformation and operational excellence. Some of the topics you may work on are:

  • Increase the efficiency of our Fund Services team enhancing systems, processes and data (quality);
  • Improving our investment and client due diligence processes by enhancing existing tools or implementing new technology;
  • Working with risk management, portfolio managers and data analysts to deliver interactive reports and dashboards to help get the most out of our data;
  • Enhance our impact monitoring and measurement tools and processes to ensure that we maximize our impact and report transparently.

Your main responsibilities are:

  • Project management for digitalization projects: development of project scope, business case and objectives as well as planning and budget, involving all relevant stakeholders;
  • SCRUM Master: Facilitating internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects. This includes close cooperation with business analysts and business owners; 
  • Managing the relationship with the participants in the project teams, project sponsors and other stakeholders to encourage a high level of participation and commitment;
  • Creating and maintaining (agile) project management tools and documentation and an easy-to-access storage of these;
  • Promoting the projects internally and externally with regular updates to all stakeholders;
  • Training and coaching of colleagues on project management, Agile SCRUM and the digital workspace.

The Project Manager Digitalization reports to the Head of Digital & Change.


  • You are experienced in delivering change through technology, ideally in a financial services environment;
  • You have at least 5 years of experience, including working experience in digital projects and as a scrum master and you have proven knowledge of Information Technology solutions and application development;
  • You can work with business and product owners to establish priorities and business cases, you are pro-active and not afraid to get your hands dirty and you are not afraid to make decisions, but know when to escalate;
  • You have attention for detail and you can ensure structure and quality and you are a communicator: you bring people together and you know how to explain technology;
  • You can help Triple Jump operating better through optimal leveraging of technology and you have change & project management certification (Prosci/APMG/PMI Agile/Agile SCRUM).

Ideally, you bring the following:

  • Bachelor or Master University degree or equivalence demonstrated through work experience;
  • Experience in financial services/fund management (knowledge of Fund Administration or front-end Customer Relationship Management systems is a plus);
  • Experience in data management for business intelligence;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Azure technology stack.
