Legal Assistant

16-24 hours per week, based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands

Triple Jump is an impact-focused investment manager that manages and advises several funds in the area of financial inclusion, SME finance, affordable housing, renewable energy and agri. Triple Jump’s mission is to go where investing capital empowers people and improves lives. Triple Jump is headquartered in Amsterdam, and has a strong footprint in the emerging markets with 5 regional offices located in Georgia, Peru, Mexico, Thailand and Kenya. The team consists of over 100 professionals, including 30 different nationalities, with broad field experience and in-depth financial expertise. Triple Jump investment portfolio spans across more than 60 countries.

As Legal Assistant you will join the Corporate Legal department that currently consists of one Company Secretary. The department is responsible for managing all corporate requirements within Triple Jump. You will report to the Company Secretary and you cooperate  with the Management Board and the Finance Team. You will perform a broad variety of tasks related to:

  • Board- and other Corporate meetings, such as planning, preparing and discussing the agenda, (back-up) minute making, arrange singings and it's administration/filing;
  • Administration activities, such as updating data and documents in Legisway Essentials Corporate Housekeeping tool, handling of Declarations of Residence and Chamber of Commerce certificates, (assisting with) Corporate Housekeeping of entities, updating the Organzational Chart, Structure Chart and Authorization Matrix;
  • Drafting- and administrative processing of Legal Documents, such as basic Non Disclosure Agreements (NDA's) and Power of Atterneys (PoA's), Board Resolutions, Certifications and support execution and shipment of documents;
  • Responsibilty over several Legal processes, such as handling external correspondence, coordination of legalization and apostille requests and assisting with the annual Corporate requirements for Triple Jump's entities;
  • Proivde corporate support with completion of third party Know Your Customor (KYC's) requests. 


  • You have good communication skills in both speaking and writhing in both Dutch and English;
  • You are pro-active and have an open attitude and you feel comfortable raising questions and take ownership in your responsibilities;
  • You have at least 5 years’ experience in an Legal Administrative function;
  • Experience with SharePoint, IBabs meeting tool and Legisway Essentials is considered to be a plus.
