Project Manager Digitalization
Triple Jump is well underway in its digitalization journey and expects to have multiple projects in the coming years. For this, we are looking for a Project Manager that can drive multiple projects with different deliverables and help us in the next steps of our ongoing digital transformation. 

Some of the key topics you may work on are: 

  • Increase the efficiency of our Transaction Administration function expanding system metrics, processes and data; 

  • Improving our investment pipeline for our Fund Investments business line through automation and digitalization;

  • Enhance our impact monitoring and measurement tools and processes to ensure that we maximize our impact and report transparently;

  • Increase our Investor Relations capabilities with new features and apps which help streamline top down legal commitments.

Your main responsibilities are: 

  • Project management for IT projects: development of business case, project scope, project monitoring as well as planning and budget; 

  • Facilitating internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects. This includes close cooperation with business analysts, products & business owners, external consultants, stakeholders outside the project team;

  • Planning and driving the project roadmap, including sub-projects, budgeting, resource requirements, and conduct project meetings, workshops, and follow-up activities;

  • Creating and maintaining (agile) project management tools and documentation and an easy-to-access storage of these; 

  • Promoting the projects internally and externally with regular updates to all stakeholders; 

  • Training and coaching of colleagues on project management, Agile and the digital workspace. 

The Project Manager Digitalization reports to the Manager Digital & Change. 

Job requirements

Ideally, you bring the following: 

  • Bachelor or Master University degree or equivalence demonstrated through work experience; 

  • Previous experience in project management role, preferably in an Agile environment such as Scrum Master/Product Owner paired with a relevant certification (PSM1-PSPO1/CSM-CSPO);

  • Previous Experience in financial services/fund management (knowledge of Fund Administration or front-end Customer Relationship Management systems); 

  • Experience with translation of business needs into practical requirements relevant to the financial sector;

  • Experience in data management for business intelligence, affinity with Financial Reporting; 

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power platform; 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
