Triple Jump offers professional asset management services to investors, ranging from asset selection, to portfolio management and fund administration. Triple Jump holds an AIFMD license and is regulated by the Dutch Central Bank and the Authority Financial Markets. Our investor base includes institutional investors, development banks, governments, NGOs, and retail banks, all of whom seek financial returns and social/environmental impact.

Triple Jump is looking for: Cloud and Security Engineer

32 - 40 hours per week, initially for 1 year, Tbilisi (Georgia)

As Cloud and Security Engineer in your work will ensure Triple Jump’s cloud stability and resilience, enabling us to scale and operate securely while continuing to invest in a sustainable future with confidence. You will be a vital link between applications, cloud technology, compliance, and our broader mission: optimizing environments, empowering teams, and safeguarding stakeholders across our international platform.

Your responsibilities are:

• Design, implement, and maintain secure cloud infrastructures (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) to support business operations. Manage these cloud services and resources to ensure optimal performance and cost efficiency.

• Collaborate across Triple Jump’s international Digital & Change department and project teams to monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud environments ensuring availability, scalability, resilience, cost-efficiency, compliance, and integrated security controls. Advise the project teams on cloud solutions.

• Monitor IT security: Implement and maintain security measures. Monitor systems for security breaches, vulnerabilities, and anomalies. Perform vulnerability assessments and remediation within cloud and hybrid IT environments.

• Security Tools & Technologies: Collaborate with the IT coordinator on secure system architecture and configurations. Manage and optimize security tools (e.g., firewalls, SIEM, antivirus, endpoint protection). Stay updated on emerging threats and security technologies. Recommend and implement new solutions to enhance security posture.

In executing these responsibilities, you will work closely with the IT coordinator and external IT service providers. In addition, close collaboration with:

• Process owners re. Third-Party Risk Oversight: Maintain a register of ICT third-party providers and continuously monitor their compliance with internal and regulatory ICT risk management standards.

• The international Triple Jump team across all our offices, supporting their training and competence development by fostering a culture of security awareness through regular programes.

Education: Bachelors degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related discipline or equivalent through work experience. 

Work experience: 2-4 years of experience in cloud engineering or in IT security.

Skills and competences:

• Certifications preferred:

  -MS certified AZ-104 / AZ-305

  -Cloud security certifications (AWS) / MS Cybersecurity Architect

  -CompTIA Security+

  -Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)

• Experience with MS Azure and familiarity with MS Azure system integration (e.g., connectors, APIs, third-party integrations).

• Experience with security services (Entra ID, Conditional Access, Defender, Sentinel, Key Vault, etc.) is preferred.

• Understanding of network security, firewalls, VPNs, and secure cloud connectivity.

• Familiarity with security frameworks (e.g., NIST, CIS Controls).

• Ability to work collaboratively across disciplines and cultures
